I teach adults how to overcome excuses, limiting thoughts, and unhealthy habits in regards to eating and being active so it is easier to succeed with creating balance between what you eat and what you burn. 

 

Since we are all unique, I will support you in creating a personalized game plan that will work for you in regards to healthy eating, physical activity, and permanent lifestyle modification.

 

 

  

What is Firm Grip on Living lifestyle coaching?

Firm Grip on Living lifestyle coaching is a non-judgmental, positive, and gratifying process that focuses on creating positive results by building self-awareness and supporting positive action when it comes to eating healthy and being fit.  You will be provided proven tools and techniques that will enable you to create a game plan for living a healthy and fit lifestyle by using your own creativity and resourcefulness.   

You will learn what motivates you, what triggers disrupt your good intentions, how to get back and stay on track, how to set yourself up for success, and the relationship between food, weight, and energy expended.  When you complete the program you will have the knowledge to willingly make healthy choices in regards to food and physical activity and feel better than you have in years.

Forty-five minute coaching sessions are scheduled three times a month.  The initial call will be longer to review the intake document, set goals, and establish guidelines for the coaching sessions.   Sessions will take place on the phone and coaching usually takes between 3 and 4 months.
