Firm Grip on Living methodology is a holistic approach to achieving optimal health and well being.  It consist of techniques and tools to manage your mind (thoughts), body (healthy eating and exercise), and spirit (having fun).

What makes you happy? What stresses you out? What keeps you awake at night? What pacifies you? What aggravates you? It’s simply your thoughts. Thoughts unmanaged are like children out of control.

If you’re not experiencing optimal health and fitness, one of the culprits could be that your current way of thinking isn’t working for you anymore. Your thoughts are stopping you from exercising, eating right, and making healthy choices.   Choose to be an observer of your thoughts and instead of just letting them run wild manage them and rid yourself of the thoughts that aren’t working in your favor.

Our bodies are amazing and very resilient.  However, over time if we don’t take care of them they will eventually break down.  If you want to keep your mobility and minimize your health risks it extremely beneficial to start taking care of your body sooner than later.

Developing healthy eating habits and exercising has been proven to help keep the body flexible and strong.  Start taking care of your body and your body will take care of you for years to come.

Are you having fun?  If not, you are in need of a tune up.  Sometimes in life we get so busy that we forget how to have fun or fully enjoy what life has to offer.   Remember in order to achieve different results; you have to do something different.  If you continue to do things the same, you will continue to get the same results.  If you’re not having fun, do or try something different.
